And that phase is done.. How do we achieve 2.5x output across the entire organization? Tweaking the current process won’t get you there. Optimizing the same pipeline has diminishing returns. Speeding up tasks isn’t transformation. The real leap comes from agent-driven development models. Systems that plan, execute, iterate, and coordinate autonomously. This is already visible. Individual builders are shipping dramatically faster using agentic coding approaches. They design differently because the system participates, not assists. That’s the shift. Leadership teams must rethink how products are conceived and delivered. Not just accelerate steps, but redesign the operating model itself. New structure. New metrics. New expectations. The companies that adapt will compound speed at scale. The ones that don’t will plateau at marginal gains.
