Feedback Requested: Emergency Multi-Modal Route Planner (India) I’m building a route planner for emergency travel in India—when flights are unaffordable, trains are full, and no direct bus exists. Instead of stopping at direct routes, the system combines Indian Railways, government buses, maps, and time-aware transfers to find any realistic way to reach today. Supported routes (max 4 hops): Bus ↔ Bus Train ↔ Train Bus ↔ Train Each hop is time-validated, direction-checked, and physically connected. Failure-safe design: Works with static schedules if live data fails Conservative estimates when maps are unreliable Routes include assumptions and confidence—no fake precision This is not a booking platform. It’s a decision tool for emergencies. Looking for blunt feedback: Is this a real problem or an edge case? Is 4 hops realistic? What trust or failure issues am I missing?
