These Claude billboards made me pause. But not for the right reason. They look clean. They look premium. But they don’t tell me what Claude actually does. No product clarity. No emotional hook. No reason to remember it after I cross the road. And that’s a problem. Especially when ChatGPT’s search volume is ~20x higher. What’s interesting though 👇 A lot of people I know actually prefer Claude for writing and long-form thinking. So the product isn’t weak. The storytelling is. Brand awareness isn’t just about being visible. It’s about being understood. These billboards feel like: “Trust us, we’re smart.” But mass audiences don’t buy intelligence. They buy relatability, clarity, and emotion. A simple line like: “Write like a human.” “Think deeper.” “For people who write for a living.” …could’ve changed everything. Great product. Muted message.
