I just broke up with my AI writing tool. After a year of loyalty. And honestly? I didn't see it coming. For 365 days straight, ChatGPT was my content partner. Every LinkedIn post. Every client draft. Every hook, every caption, every ghostwritten piece. It knew my voice. I knew its shortcuts. We had a system. Then last Tuesday, a friend said: “Bro, just try Claude once.” I rolled my eyes. “Why fix what’s working?” But I tried it anyway. And 10 minutes in… I felt something I hadn’t felt in months. Surprise. ChatGPT gives you exactly what you ask for. Claude gives you something better than what you asked for. Here’s what I mean 👇 ChatGPT feels like: A fast intern who executes perfectly. Claude feels like: A senior writer who actually gets the vibe. ChatGPT completes your sentence. Claude continues your thought. The difference? Context. Flow. Nuance. Claude doesn’t just respond — it holds the entire conversation in its head and builds on it. When I write long-form, Claude feels human. When I need speed, ChatGPT still wins. So here’s my new setup: ChatGPT → brainstorming, structure, rapid iterations Claude → depth, storytelling, polished final drafts Together? Honestly unfair. But here’s the real lesson after a year of AI-powered writing: The tool doesn’t write for you. It thinks with you. And the better you think, the better it performs. So no, I didn’t really break up with ChatGPT. I just realized… Why choose one when you can have both? 😏 Real question: Which AI are you using to write — and are you really using it to its full potential?
