Crazy. Things like this is bound to happen when you're trying to deliver such high value items in 30 mins and letting regular gig workers deliver them. But we shouldn't complaint. All ecom platform started like this too. All ecom platforms including Amazon and Flipkart still have incidents where in people recive a brick of soap instead of an iPhone. The company's job here is to ensure that right items are being selected, packed and sent safely. Ik this is not as simple as that, but atleast they can do something more than just putting all those silver coins in a regular bag and handing it over to the delivery man.
