Give your insights on this My new startup idea that is: A B2B idea in which we deliver parcels or any items of the companies [especially clothing websites, cloud kitchen or those startups who doesn't have delivery infra]which are tied up with my company. Till now it's regular But But Now the driver who delivers parcels will not have bike, so we provide him a e-bike which we will take for lease and provide to driver. So now the driver takes our bike and deliver parcels of out companies tied up and gives money as commission based and we also charge a annual subscription from those b2b companies which we tied up. The difference here is in our case would be 1. It's a win-win strategy to all Driver earns money as he makes deliveries and i will earn money by providing him a bike with commission So what do you think about this
