I have seen lot of my friends wife’s who have been baking cakes or making Protien laddos or making delicious snacks however they don’t do it professionally as either they don’t want to scale or don’t have time & resources to scale as they are housewife’s with multiple responsibilities. I was thinking of a hyper local app / website through which I can consolidate all their products and deliver it within an area of 3-5 kms under our brand. Will it work ? I plan to initially have only healthy food items targeted towards fitness enthusiasts.

Actually it's a very old and common model in Indian traditional families most of them are love to give these things to relatives and neighbours as a loving gesture but nowadays these gen z peoples are not interested to share something . Few villages and tier 2 and 3 cities in India are still doing this at regional level but at the end of the day main problem is that how you will create regional brand of every people food and revive whole activity . Community helping apps are great for this but still they don't have knowledge about working on a app . Overall your idea and model is sustainable
