Hey I am on Medial • 7h

Just found that my startup idea is already built by someone (exact model, exact products, exact features, everything) and he is about to launch the fully functional product in just few days What should I do ? :( Also he is already a experienced tech gut building that tech startup and I'm a non tech person who just started researching and working on that idea :( It's really heartbreaking because I can't even differentiate something because he already built all the features that can be built.

It is advised in business that " differentiate first your product or service and then scale later". Because after scaling if we want to differentiate then it is tough and if we scale without differentiation then there is lot of cashburn required.

You don’t need more features. You need more people actually using what you already built. --- That’s the whole post. Sit with it. Follow [@souravvmishra]
