I’m planning to buy 2–3 second-hand Splendors and give them on daily rent to Rapido riders. My idea is simple: the riders will handle all running expenses like fuel, servicing, puncture, and repairs, and they’ll only pay me around ₹100 per day as bike rent. This keeps my risk low because I’m only providing the bike and documents, while they manage the rest. With 2–3 bikes, I can generate a steady monthly income with minimal involvement. And if things go well and the model works smoothly, I can gradually add more bikes and scale it into a proper side business. I want your guidance on whether this approach is practical, sustainable, and the best way to manage riders.
