Startup Idea 💡 We regularly anyhow used bike taxi service from rapido , Uber , ola etc service provider but this days main problem is riders cancellation or they ask extra charges upto the fare which show on app . Let's start a startup which have own fleet of ev bike, with no cancellation policy and and riders get paid a fixed salary+ stipend according to their rating.

Think of it in this manner, if this were to work isn't it easy for rapido to implement it. The main problem that I think would be the logistics and not only that, currently your idea only relies on the fact that if this is possible and rapido or someone else does not do it and you are able to build an ecosystem of drivers and the Logistics work then it might succeed that to maybe. Its more like a feature to rapido compared to a Startup. It might work if you find a niche segment in some area of India and start capturing from there maybe the tier 3 cities but you would have to be quick and resourceful to pull it off or else the big players would take the pie.

Ola already has fleet of EV bikes, in no time they will implement this. In cars segment blusmart has already implemented it and now expanding as well.

Would you prefer "nano" type taxi fleet services if they provided aur conditioned, safer commute than the rapido style taxis and cheaper than traditional ola uber? What would you use this service usually for?

Just got scammed by ola bike , actual fare was 32rs but idk how but when reached I was charged 92 rs. Distance was just 1.5 km When are these scams gonna stop 🛑? Just fed up of this app #ola No customer service ❌
