BEWARE!! After texting you still have no resolution from your side, again you have deducted the amount. I would suggest every user to try to cancel their subscription one time, everyone will not be able to cancel your subscription. they are extorting money. they have stopped the payment cancellation from their backend and after sending them numerous feedback forms, I have not received one response from them. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE LIKE ME! I would request all users to at least try to pause or cancel their subscription payment once, I'm sure you'll face the same issue.
