How to cancel the premium subscription? There isn't any option

Does anyone know how to cancel the medial subscription? I don't see any option. I sent a few support tickets, but it appears no one looks into those tickets.

Why Medial App is not allowing to cancel the auto pay for Premium Subscriptions??

Soon there will be a subscription based app to manage / cancel your UPI autopay. It is bound to happen.

Is this is a issue, or intended, that a user is not allowed to cancel the Medial Subscription, even from APP and even on tring with Gpay it is showing error, I raised this issue on Medial as well, but no revert

If your customer has to contact you to cancel their subscriptions, you’re doing it wrong. It just makes the experience bad. You better make it as easy as signing up for an account—smooth and effortless.
