Hello Medial Team, I had taken only a one-month subscription. The AutoPay was enabled by mistake, due to which the amount for the second month was deducted automatically. I have now completely disabled the AutoPay. However, the ₹89 amount has already been deducted, and I would like to request a refund, as I have not used the service for the second month. Kindly look into this and process the refund at the earliest. Thank you for your support.
