The leader who had no title : Leadership • It is not something that depends on a title or position you hold. It is how diligently you do what you do. • It is not having people work for you, it is working with the people for the achievement of the common goal. • It is not given. It is earned as people around you grow to respect you. • And above all, leadership is for everyone. No matter where you are, what you do and anything else. Every structure that involves people, had evident titles. This is often taken as leadership, whereas it is just to imply the specific nature of their contribution, and to make the organization work, everyone needs to act like a leader. A leader in their own work. It starts with having immense love for what you do. You, me, your neighbour, we all are genius, every individual is, we just settle to mediocrity over time. All it takes is to believe in our potential and fix the years of bad habits we have grown to unlock the genius in us.
