Sadly true. Only providing an alternative to an app, especially when it has most active daily users, I won't think it will reward users to switch. but eventually the features, UI, security of this thing also matters. The zoho crm itself isn't popular as an alternative only. They provide good features, which are worth making it popular. People will switch their preferences when they find value in it.
