While I agree that the approach here is very casual. But please understand that the new genz crowd prefers a direct approach rathher than mollycoddling the client, starting with name calling. Its easy to ignore these minor issues, if one lets go off their ego. Serious entrepreneurship mein you can't have an ego and function in this cut throat world. And honestly how does it matter? if you like their work, if you see potential that they can deliver, then put aside your ego and speak with them.
