Firstly, I believe it’s a good practice to use someone’s name when reaching out. it shows effort rather than a simple copy-paste message, which I truly admire. Normally, I would ignore such mistakes and, in fact, not accept such messages at all. But since my name was used the first time, I felt it was a good effort on their part, so I accepted the request. The purpose of creating this post was simply to promote a better way of communication, one that can help preserve and even enhance a brand’s value.
