Want to integrate the benefits of alter-ego in your daily life? How can it be done? 1. Start with deciding what qualities you want to integrate? - Being confident while presentations, being calm when your team-mates are messing the project, or whatever you wish you had. 2. Create a persona by questioning yourself about how that self would react or act in those situations. Make a list of thoughts, think of all the possible situations you can get into. 3. Name you alter-ego, so you can call it when needed. Not necessary but name it in a way that resembles your alter-ego. 4. Always visualize it so you don't forget what that persona is and what it can do. 5. Your alter-ego needs a trigger for its activation, maybe call yourself with that name, or use an emote, or wear something (ring, bracelet, earrings, etc.) which indicates your brain. 6. Practice your alter-ego in low pressure situations, take time to be familiar with it, don't rush. 7. Give yourself feedbacks about what can be improved.
