Example: A pest control service eliminates insects in your home. 2. TRANSFORMATIONS – People buy something that changes their life or status. Example: A fitness program that helps someone lose weight and gain confidence. 3. CONNECTIONS – People buy ways to feel belonging, status, or relationships. Example: A professional networking platform that connects users with industry leaders. 4. EXPERIENCES – People buy memorable or enjoyable moments. Example: A luxury resort vacation or a live concert ticket.
