Supporting something and using it is a completely different thing, supporters vanish once the fomo dies. For 200+ businesses i have integrated zoho mail, this product works smoothly, CRM i have used needs improvement, office package needs to go miles to match Microsoft. Their whatsapp alternate i have used, it's usable but call quality is not that good. But, one thing, in the next 10 years it will definitely reach that stage to challenge big techs, even if not Microsoft open office at least, if earlier it's better.
