As I mentioned in the article, just like WhatsApp, Snapchat, and Instagram have monetized their platforms, we can do the same. For example, revenue can come from business profiles by charging for bulk messages, selling APIs, or placing ads on stories, reels, or profiles. The key is to ensure that monetization doesn’t disrupt the user experience—it should exist in the background without being intrusive. Think about YouTube: over 90% of users don’t pay to remove ads, yet they continue using it. Ultimately, the approach depends on how the product manager designs the UI and UX to balance usability with monetization. ( obviously after gaining users it's not easy to maintain but if the investor is alright then why not)
