We got rejected from Y Combinator. Yesterday, we received the email that every founder both anticipates and dreads. Our application didn’t make it through. At first, it stung because YC is a dream platform for any early-stage founder. But when the feeling settled, we realized something important. We’ve already built something people want. We’ve onboarded restaurants, users, and partners who believe in us. We’re solving a problem that matters, and the journey has only just begun. A rejection doesn’t define us. What defines us is how we respond. For us, the answer is clear: keep building, keep learning, and keep proving why this vision deserves to exist. If anything, YC’s no is just fuel for our yes. To all the founders who’ve faced rejection, you’re not alone. Rejections are part of the journey, not the end of it.
