Not everything needs to be taken so seriously. If he was truly an award-winning cartoonist and a sensible person, he wouldn’t have responded this way. Nowadays, a lot of this feels more like a PR stunt. Adani has also contributed to the environment and supported the development of country in many ways. Moral stands don’t work everywhere real change starts with action. First, we should focus on protecting the climate ourselves, then guide and educate others. If he genuinely wanted to make a difference, he could have attended, shared his thoughts with the children, and inspired them towards positive change, instead of rejecting the invite over reasons that look more like a publicity move.
