bro believe me you not necessarily need fund to start yeah there huge difference in starting point without it and accelerator. if you really search everything through first principle then you might be able to start your business for free as long as it not physical product if it is then you can take loans from funds of funds program from government even if you fail they will least cover the 50% of the amount

I have already started it and made my MVP and early waitlisted users ( just a survey for POC) and I did it all for free. Now I am in a stage to buy servers, GPUs and datacenters to scale this product. For which I am seeking pre revenue funding. And I am not sure will govt give loan for a startup which is less compliant ( Infact my startup doesn't even have enough money invested to meet regulatory expenses and to get licence at FIU).
