Ok got you bro😅, But however I can answer the question you asked for:- 1) AI mode in Google search engine:- To optimise google search experience from searching individual websites in order to understand some information in a topic, Google made AI search mode where AI will search 100s of websites on that topic and consolidates to give the average information in seconds. By this way AI is used for optimization. 2) DPD, a logistics company made a chatbot in thier platform for showing themselves evolving in AI revolution, this backfired thier entire user experience as even the AI was not able to handle frustrated customers talking about thier parcels. This is the reason why platforms must use AI for optimization but not for show-off or parading that they are adapting AI.

Ab kya bolu isko mey, bolu kya ab 🤒. Sorry got a little time I'll say in short Do you know Google doesn't use AI to automate the function ? AI isn't always shown infront for you only. Where you gotta optimize there you should where you can automate there you probably should. The example you gave is an example of bad execution. DPD courier executed the idea in wrong way and didn't work doesn't mean it won't work for everyone there are many logistics where AI chatbot works very great. AI isn't from 3 years it's from ages ( atleast more than 10 years ) just from 3/4 years AI is becoming advanced that's it .
