Ok got you bro๐Ÿ˜…, But however I can answer the question you asked for:- 1) AI mode in Google search engine:- To optimise google search experience from searching individual websites in order to understand some information in a topic, Google made AI search mode where AI will search 100s of websites on that topic and consolidates to give the average information in seconds. By this way AI is used for optimization. 2) DPD, a logistics company made a chatbot in thier platform for showing themselves evolving in AI revolution, this backfired thier entire user experience as even the AI was not able to handle frustrated customers talking about thier parcels. This is the reason why platforms must use AI for optimization but not for show-off or parading that they are adapting AI.
