Any ai, ml, ds employee, I wanna ask u guys one thing How tags effect building text based chatting models , tagging means extracting keywords from text and making them as tags to match the relatable answer I just started building a small bot but not using any api just learning things so I stuck in creating tags lol it's so frustrating part how and what models they use in tagging to automate this process sorry for the noob question but I suck lol

Start simple with TF-IDF or SpaCy’s Named Entity Recognition (NER) for tagging no need to overcomplicate early on
