For me, that was FedUp—an AI project born from the challenge of fine-tuning a model until it felt less like a machine and more like a conversation partner. I handled everything: • Data curation — cleaning, structuring, and refining inputs for accuracy and tone. • Model fine-tuning — balancing performance with personality. • Full-stack deployment — designing the UI, integrating APIs, and hosting it at fedup.skds.site. • User experience iteration — based on real conversations, not assumptions. When I launched, people didn’t just test it—they used it. Some returned daily. That’s when I realized FedUp wasn’t just a project. It was a proof of concept for how I approach building: fast, intentional, and human-first. Now, I’m exploring what’s next.
