I would say, start showing their cancel percentage beside ratings. This would pretty much give a good idea if the ride will be cancelled. Having this in every app might be beneficial.

Hi ! I'm Building a project for entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs to generate great pitch decks, startup ideas and presentations etc. So firstly working on the startup idea generator - I'm fine tuning the model on real ideas so it can generate new ideas easily ! Also, would be tuning on various other open sources to create pitches, etc. How's the idea ? Any new ideas, criticism and improvements ? I'd be more than happy to talk.

Idea seems good, cuz I struggled alot for developing pitch decks ,would love to take your insight . But the main thing will be cost effective, there are already players in the market but those are costly . So your price tag will be main , as well as how well and practical it is all implemented
