the reason is offline store distribution they get more margin by selling oppo vivo compare to micromax lava samsung from samsung only high budget phone has good margin shopkeeper did mass selling And sellers in flipkart Amazon also gets heavy margin so they pushed these phone to the customer deliberately and some offline store offered there own warranty of repair and flipkart acko insurance also was there so question is if margin is so high then how oppo vivo earn there Chinese manufacturers sold phone with little margin from factory but focus on earning from bloatware flash stories and ads push in phone browser .. so after that samsung also copy that method and bring blotware
