Do you know how micromax destroyed itself from losing its place in Indian smartphone market? With the Jio revolution back then, people were surprised about the free internet services. But there's a catch. It would be possible only if the devices are 4g compatible. But micromax had all its models with 3g features.Hence a lot of inventory was returned back from the outlets. Yes there was still a chance to bring forward their phones with latest 4g features.Yet again there's a catch. Micromax always relied on Chinese manufacturers for their products and it was so difficult for the Chinese manufacturers to remodel the product since they have to be informed way ahead in order to make the required customisations. Chinese companies like Vivo, oppo etc have seen this opportunity and launched their own 4g phones in the market. With the make in India movement all the companies started product manufacturing in India. If micromax had their own manufacturing unit things might have been different?

Why just blame Adani Group? 📛📛 Days ago, there was a big furore over Adani depending on Chinese vendors for the machinery to domestically manufacture solar modules and cells. But, that’s highly misleading. And in fact, it’s highly hypocritical.
