The One Skill That Actually Keeps a Startup Alive People talk a lot about how you need to be good at coding, marketing or sales to run a startup but honestly there’s something more important than all that: Being able to make decisions when things are uncertain Most of the time you won’t have clear answers you won’t know if your idea will work You won’t know what customers really want you won’t even be sure if your next step is right. But you still have to choose and move. If you sit and wait for everything to be perfect you will waste time someone else will take the same idea, launch faster and get ahead even if it’s not perfect. That’s how this game works it’s not about always being right it’s about not getting stuck. Let me give you a few real examples: – You build a feature no one uses it kill it. – You are not sure about pricing? Try something adjust later. – Your product isn’t fully ready? Launch it anyway, test in public. This is not about guessing randomly it’s about making the best call with what you know right now and being okay with changing later. Want to get better at this? 1. Do not wait forever If something feels 60-70% right go for it try You will learn more by doing. 2. Detach from your idea Just because you love it does not mean it works let the feedback guide you. 3. Don’t over listen too much advice can confuse you listen, filter and trust your gut. The truth is: Startups don’t fail because people are not smart they fail because people freeze wait too long or get stuck overthinking so no you do not need to be the best coder or the loudest in meetings. But you do need to be someone who can take a call, move fast and fix things along the way. That’s the real skill and anyone can build it just start.

Selling isn’t about being clever. It’s not about throwing mud at the wall and hoping it sticks. It’s about asking the right questions, planting the right seed, and letting it grow. The best salespeople don’t pitch. They help people realize what the

You don’t need more time. You need less hesitation. Stop chasing perfect. Start building messy. Clarity comes after action. Not before. It’s not about doing it right. It’s about doing it until it’s right.

Been thinking a lot about how startups die.
It's rarely the idea.
It’s usually the speed. Or lack of it. Or could be something you may talk about. Came across this old military concept- the OODA Loop - and it’s amazing. Observe -Orient -Decide -Ac

Why Startups Fail❓ – It’s Not About the Product, It’s About the Team Most startups don’t fail because of their product; they fail because of their team. It might sound strange, but it’s the truth. The team you surround yourself with can make or brea

“The weight of overthinking” Two years ago, I had an idea—a spark with real potential. But instead of acting, I let what ifs take over: What if I fail? What if it doesn’t work? While I hesitated, someone else acted on a similar idea. Today, they’ve
