Been thinking a lot about how startups die. It's rarely the idea. It’s usually the speed. Or lack of it. Or could be something you may talk about. Came across this old military concept- the OODA Loop - and it’s amazing. Observe -Orient -Decide -Act Then repeat. Faster than your competitor. Faster than the market shifts. It’s not about being right every time. It’s about looping faster, learning faster, and moving. The longer your loop, the more time doubt, delay, and decay have to creep in. Tight loops win. Every time.
