these firms have multiple clients like you, startup india/india filing all these firms just care about registration and doesn't care about pre/post regulations. For ex. they dont check name validation if that can be objected another one once u regis

I think Startup India has noticed this. Now asking to verify DSC but the process for pvt. ltd. companies is bullshit. so now they implemented the checking system but still why should I pay someone for doing what is supposed to be free?

that's why advised, for all vague and hidden charges ignore these firms.. get in touch with individual lawyers or if u dont have any known, i can provide u some good contacts, they even do 6 months filing and post verifications and everything free
