can you tell me why in details? you had some bad experience?
these firms have multiple clients like you, startup india/india filing all these firms just care about registration and doesn't care about pre/post regulations. For ex. they dont check name validation if that can be objected another one once u register pvt ltd. post that they will ask you to verify dsc, they won't tell u initially but post registration they will ask u additional payment. better go with good CA, lawyers who do these jobs
