30-Day Meditation Streak Completed! š§āāļø Gratitude. Clarity. Joy. For years, I wanted to make meditation a daily habit, but like many of us, I kept putting it off. Either it was laziness, inconsistent routine, or just life getting in the way. Then on Feb 27, thanks to my X (Twitter) friend, Radhe, I discovered the Miracle of Mind app by Sadhguru. That same day, I began meditating for just 7 minutes a day. And hereās what my journey looked like: š Attempt 1: 16-day streak š Attempt 2: 4-day streak š Attempt 3: 11-day streak š Attempt 4: 5-day streak ā Attempt 5: 30-day streak complete! So, what finally worked? I realized that the biggest blocker was the timing. I used to meditate randomly, often before bed, which made me more likely to skip it, especially on weekends or Sundays when I was out with family. This time, I made one simple change: I meditate right after my bath in the morning. And that has changed everything. Meditation has brought calmness, clarity, and a sense of inner freshness to my day. But more than anything, it has made me feel genuinely happy and joyful. If you've been trying to build a meditation habit and struggling to stay consistent, try anchoring it to an existing routine. It worked for me. Letās normalize progress over perfection.
