Since you're done with the ideation stage, start with conducting some research about your idea. Ask your potential customers about your they think about your idea. You can find them on Medial, Reddit, X, at offline events etc. Once you're done with that, create a MVP based on the feedback you got. It doesn't have to be nice, it should just do what it's meant to do. Once that's done, again show it to your potential customers, gather feedback, improve and keep repeating untill you're left with working solution verified by your potential customers. Now you can obviously sell it to them and then can use word of mouth, refferal, social media, etc to get more customers. btw ik it's a very simplified explanation but still gives a a fair idea.
