They want certainties: fixed pricing (no surprise charges), vetted professionals (safety concerns are huge, especially for women home alone), and guaranteed resolution (not quick abandonment of complex problems). Our most successful offering isn't our "emergency" tier but our "same-day scheduled" service where customers pick a 2-hour window that works for them.
