Hello everyone, I am considering launching an app focused on the service sector, specifically home appliance repair services such as electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, AC repair, water purifier maintenance, painting, home design, and more. However, I am aware that we will be competing with established companies like UrbanClap, Housejoy, ReachU, Mutlubiev, and Kandua. I am uncertain about its potential success and would appreciate any suggestions or alternative ideas that you believe could be more promising. It's a good idea. I see you know your competitors. So all i can say is look for loopholes in your competitors. or provide something that brings a major USP for your company. So that your Company can easily differentiate with competitors. But always look for areas for improvement. You don't want to be get behind another startup figuring out your loopholes.

Target any one service first and become a strong player it in. Ex: An app for home spa booking or an app for electronic repairing all type.

Don't worry about competition or existing companies. If you feel like your service is gonna be better, continue working on it. Remember, none of these services are default choice of customers yet. You still have a chance be monopolize if you play your cards right. All the best! PS - fail fast, iterate, keep improving.
