We still say: āDid you see that tweet?ā āThread on Twitter going viralā āFollow me on Twitterā Itās like the "X" name never really landed. š”š¼š š°š¼šŗš½š®šæš² ššµš¶š šš¶ššµ ššµš®š šššš²šš®š»š°š² š±š¶š±: They bought Musical.ly in 2017 ā Rebranded it to TikTok And boomāwithin months, the whole world called it TikTok. Nobody even remembers the name Musical.ly anymore. š š¼šæš®š¹ š¼š³ ššµš² ššš¼šæš: A rebrand only works when the new identity becomes more powerful than the old one. X never did that. TikTok nailed it.
