Zomato PE ratio has reached around 994 in the Indian market I mean can you even imagine? The company valuation still does not look worth buying yet people are investing in it what I keep thinking is how badly is this one stock affecting the Nifty? And those people who say that PE ratio does not matter for new age companies I’d like to remind them that PE stands for Price to Earnings ratio and along with that comes another important metric the PEG ratio which is used to assess a company’s future growth potential but even Zomato PEG ratio is not anything impressive.
