well said, but you don't feel, this is not just cost of convenience. convenience should be paid, but not costly. ecosystem should have win - win - win stutauon for every one. where customers are paying more for convenience + restaurant partners paying more to get more customers. that limit of paying the cost is not controlled because of monopoly. The good news is some of the tech started to fix this problem, but still at the very initial stage. like Rapido and Tabe from Kiko started a similar issue.
