Idea for you implement now Guy's we all know that namma yatri startup is currently disrupting the whole OLA and UBER market with the help of subscription model . In this model driver just need to pay monthly small fees and he get customers without paying commission to company for daily rides and he can charge his real market price of that ride and customer's get affordable rides without paying commission to any riding company and also customer get same sequrity features without paying extra . Logically and practically this is win win situation for everyone. So if we make same model in โ€” food delivery service Quick commerce E commerce Logistics Delivery service ( porter ) Etc Then Logically it will be massive market disruption idea because every app is charging 12-35% as a commission even they are charging commission from customers. Currently ONDC is trying to make that Type of thing but they are providing bad ui and experience that's why they are not in competition.
