Ensure the pitch flow goes like this:- Introduction Problem statement solution Product or service dive Market opportunities and competitive landscape target audience and moat Business model and GTM Revenue and cost models with projections Funding deal & detailed breakdown of use of funds Returns ( Most important because investors focus on this more than moat) ( must be in every financial projections from burn rate to exit valuation XIRR) Negotiation Finishing the deal Make sure everything is covered in 10 minutes because more than that is boring and hard to concentrate for investors. Be professional and energetic as your energy and approach says the founder's vision.
