In most cases, NoBroker doesn’t seem to have its own service team—they mostly act as a platform for third parties, but never clearly disclose that upfront. I had a terrible experience back in 2018 during my house relocation. I trusted the NoBroker brand, assuming a startup would ensure quality and timely service. But the movers arrived without proper packing material, and the truck driver just left mid-day. I had to manage everything myself, pay extra, and NoBroker simply apologized—no real accountability. Even recently, as an NRI, I was contacted by their Dubai team to pitch a property in Mumbai. When I asked basic questions, no one had answers. A manager followed up later, but he was clueless too. He promised a callback—it’s been over 6 months now, and I never heard back. Honestly, the platform feels unreliable and not customer-focused at all.
