The idea is to furnish unfurnished apartments and sub rent it to the expats, NRI or affluent community coming back to India. Taking up unfurnished houses, creating a procedure to furnish these house. 1. Furnishings - Sofa - Dining table - Cot - Mattress - TV unit - Computer desk - Computer chair - Bed side table - Pillows - Curtains - Shoe stand 2. Essential house hold appliances - Split A/C - Washing machine - Induction stove - Vacuum cleaner - Dish washer - Refrigerator - Microwave - TV - Electric kettle - Digital door lock Standard operating procedure. The houses will be standardly furnished with a set of house appliances and furnishings as However the design colour, pattern of the furnishings will be customisable. Business model is 1 month rent as commission.
