Go talk to users. Period. Take feedback seriously. Not every user is your customer. Don't build for the average. Build for the extremely dissatisfied one. Yes, just one. Start with a laughably small TAM. Focus on quality from day zero. Sweat every detail. Don't listen to what users say. Listen to what they do. There's a big difference. Repeat this at every stage. It prevents death on arrival. Users rarely know what they want. But once they experience it, and it fits into their life, it becomes a habit. You'll figure out if there's a real problem or just noise. Get out of the bubble. Fast. This applies everywhere: D2C, SaaS, AI, services, whatever. Grateful to everyone who drilled this into me.
