𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 — 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂? Initially, it may seem difficult, but as we know, everything becomes easier with practice. God has given us such a beautiful mind that it can adapt to any environment or habit, depending on how we train it. That’s why some people develop good habits while others fall into bad ones — it all depends on how we choose to treat and train our minds. So, one thing is clear: we can multitask. But how? { 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 is the act of performing multiple tasks concurrently or switching rapidly between tasks. It can also be described as the ability to manage several tasks within a given time frame, often with the goal of increasing efficiency. } Let me break it down into points: ↳ Initially, focus on one task and understand it completely. Master it—become a pro at it. Gradually introduce a second task alongside the first. For example: I do stretches or a quick workout in between my work sessions. ↳ If you're not confident or skilled in the first task, you might feel lost or distracted when switching between tasks. That’s why I can refocus easily after working out—because I’ve become good at managing my work. ↳ Make multitasking part of your environment. For example, I keep my study table near my dumbbells and bar, so it naturally becomes part of my routine. Seeing them frequently helps me stay consistent. --- In fact, rather than doing things simultaneously, you can switch between tasks within a fixed time frame. That’s also a form of multitasking. But if done poorly, it can leave you feeling drained, unmotivated, and unproductive. So choose your multitasking method wisely—whatever suits you. Don’t just copy others blindly. Let me know if you multitask, and what your tasks actually are !!
