You're likely in the clear if it's truly functional replacement and not aesthetic copying. Copyright doesn't protect mechanical function - that's patent territory, and most patents expire. If they're not making the part anymore, there's probably no active patent protection anyway.

Thank you. Full disclosure, it's a headphone part. And the headphone is still available for purchase. But there are no replacement for the broken part neither from the company's side nor in current market.
