Yes you're right i also faced the same issue at the start but now from 2024 to 2025 my resume never got rejected due to ATS i searched several sites about ATS and used ChatGPT and analysed a few old ATS rich resume And boom it worked for me and answer to your query is what really matters is 2 things 1. Keywords (Always Tailor your resume based on job role by using AI and by analysing that jobs description and once found keywords sprinkle it on your resume) 2. Readeblity & Text Format (Most common reason to get rejected by ATS is that software is not able to scan your resume text, so always simple column resume format and don't go for fancy templates and make sure your resume pdf text you can copy then also it can easy scan by ATS)
